SALT LAKE CITY, UT – December 22, 2016 –

SmartClick Advertising announced today that they’ve entered into an agreement to provide online marketing and media buying services for Boulder-Based vacation rental startup, Invited Home.

“The vacation rental space is currently dominated by large players, who have disrupted the category by providing more convenience (AirBnB) or a better selection (HomeAway), but what makes Invited Home appealing is that they push out on a entirely other features, consistency and luxury,” says Glen Spencer, SmartClick’s Managing Partner.

How many times have you rented a property on another site that looks great but just turns out to be a dud? “Our family recently rented what looked like a great house down in San Diego, but when it came time to cook, there we no pots and pans, we had to go buy plastic ware, says Spencer.

By buying up property management companies in key high traffic resort destinations across the country, like Telluride and Florida’s Emerald Coast, Invited Home is able to manage to a high standard and control the consistency of the experience much like a hotel does.

By focusing on luxury properties, Invited Home also has become a go to place for vacationers looking for luxury, and while there are certainly luxury properties on other sites, Invited Home, increasingly stands for luxury with its consumers.

“We’re super excited to be working with Invited Home and to be working in the rapidly-evolving and highly competitive vacation rental space,” say Spencer.
